Portal **[MemoryAZ](https://memoryaz.com)** was created with one simple idea: brain training should be enjoyable, simple, and available to everyone.

On our website, you will find different types of memory games: picture, text, sound and combinated games. Each game is designed to be easy to understand at the beginning and gradually become more challenging, helping you improve step by step. Improve focus, attention, and short-term memory with simple but effective brain exercises.

From the menu, you can select **picture**, **text**, **sound** or **combination** (picture - text - sound) **Memory Game**.

Individual Memory Game are classified into different categories:

- **age category**   (children, adults, seniors)
- **processing**   (picture, text, sound, combined)
- **card identity**   (same pairs of cards, different pairs of cards)
- **card definition**   (pair, three of a kind, four of a kind, five of a kind)
- **difficulty**   (easy, normal, hard, extreme)
- **for disabled people**   (purblind, blind, age dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Pick's disease, ...)
- **learning foreign languages**
- **special**

Various game add-ons are available:

* **multiplayer game** (1 - 5 players)
* game with **CHAOTIC cards**
* game with **STOP cards**
* game with **GRAVITY**
* **PHOTO GALLERY**

In the game, you can **increase or decrease the number of cards** (depending on the screen resolution).

Game allows several times to **uncover and cover all accessible cards**.

**Turnover speed of cards** can be adjusted as necessary.

With exposed cards, **Auxiliary mode** is available to highlight **linked** cards.

MemoryAZ offers **different game variants**:

  - **Auto-Selection Mode**   *(game with automatic random selection of the 1st card of pairs)*

- `C - Learning Games`   *(Card Guessing)*
  - **Learning Mode**   *(guessing pairs of cards)*
  - **Auto-Learning Mode**   *(guessing cards with automatic assistance)*

## Procedure

Card games on the `MemoryAZ` portal are `online`.

You can play from your `internet browser`.
Newer versions of almost all available browsers are supported: **Chrome**, **Firefox**, **Edge**, **Safari**, **Opera** and others.

Games are `also available for mobile devices`.

You can also start **a random game** from the menu.


### How to play Memory game (Game rules)

1. The cards are spread out on the playing surface and face down
2. Each player reveals a pair of cards in turn
3. If the player finds a match, they put the cards aside
4. If the player does not find a match, they turn the cards back over and the next player continues the game
5. The game ends when all pairs of cards have been removed
6. The player who has the most removed (guessed) pairs of cards wins


### How to get real benefit from memory games

Start small and be consistent:

* choose an easier game
* play for 5-10 minutes a day
* gradually increase difficulty
* don’t worry if you make mistakes - they are part of learning


> Regularity is important - short but frequent playing is more effective than long, bursty attempts
